Providing a modern and elegant setting for your group or private meetings, the Auditorium is conveniently accessible from the first floor and nearby parking. The Auditorium is a perfect place for conducting undisturbed business or for making quality recordings of your meetings. Use of audio/visual equipment is included. Sound system use is $25. Video projector use is $25 (no charge for screen).

Lower Lobby Conference Room
With seating for up to 30 persons, the Lower Lobby Conference Room provides a nice private setting located through the bookstore. Conveniently accessible from the first floor, this room provides a great space for breakout sessions, small classes, and workshops. Video projector use is $25 (no charge for screen).

West End Room
The West End Room provides a quiet and intimate place for small events. Located on the first floor, this well-lit room has been successfully used for seminars, recording sessions, board meetings, and other small group events. The room can be configured in board room style as shown in the picture, or in classroom/audience style, according to your needs. Two other similarly sized rooms are available on the 6th and 9th floors, nearer to guest lodging. Video projector use is $25 (no charge for screen).

Dining Room
With table seating for up to 280 persons, the Dining Room provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere for your dining events. Conveniently accessible from the first floor, the Dining Room can host your event with formal or informal buffets. This room also works well for breakout sessions or workshops. Sound system use is $25. Video projector use is $25 (no charge for screen).

Rates
Free Rental: this room is available without charge during your event if 30 or more bedrooms are rented, or if your event purchases a meal package for 40 or more persons, or if your event does not require exclusive use of the room. All other arrangements (including special setup requests) are $250 for up to 4 hours of use.
